Dr. Charles Hansen is a transformative executive leader with over 15 years of experience in youth services, nonprofit healthcare, and DEI leadership. He holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from California Baptist University, where his research focused on implicit bias and exclusionary discipline in early education (“Dismantling the Preschool-to-Prison Pipeline”).
Dr. Hansen has presented at national conferences, including the NACSW (North American Association of Christians in Social Work) and the Building a Brighter Future Symposium. His work equips educators with strategies to foster equitable learning environments. As the lead facilitator for DREAMS Consulting Group’s Professional Development Workshops, Dr. Hansen is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers and creating inclusive educational systems.
Fabienne Hansen is an accomplished marketing professional with expertise in strategic marketing and DEI-focused communication. Currently pursuing a degree in Public Health at San Francisco State University, she brings a passion for promoting equitable access to resources and fostering community engagement.
Fabienne specializes in leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to craft culturally competent messaging and drive brand awareness. Her commitment to inclusive leadership and strategic communication helps amplify DREAMS Consulting Group’s mission to dismantle systemic inequities.
